New Login Procedure: Two-Factor Authentication
  • When you log in, you'll now be asked to enter a verification code sent to the email address on file for your username.
  • The code is valid for 10 minutes.
  • You will receive this prompt once every 7 days.
Don't have an email address on file for your username?
  • If you don't have an email address associated with your username, the verification code will be sent to your Lead Manager Account Owner (this is typically the agency owner or person who administers the account).
Don't see the email? Use the following steps to troubleshoot:
  • Your email address on file is listed on the page that you enter the verification code. Check the spelling to ensure your email address was not entered in error. If the email address is invalid, your account owner can update your profile, then try to log in again.
  • Search for an email from support@leadmanagementlab.com with subject line "Your verification code."
  • Check your spam folder. If the email is in your spam folder, make sure to add support@leadmanagementlab.com to your safe senders in Outlook so future emails will not go to spam.
